He had completed his Mechanical engineering degree from VIT University in Vellore and MBA from Indian Institute of Management Tiruchirappali (IIM Trichy). He has a diverse work experience of 8+ years in various fields like manufacturing, IT and marketing & branding with companies ranging from start-ups to MNCs. Having successfully proven himself in each of the stints & driven by the passion for manufacturing, he founded Betterfly Plastics, to cater to the ever-growing need for superior customer service and high-quality manufacturing.

Mr. Ravindra is a highly qualified engineer and a retired Chief Engineer from the Panchayati Raj Department of Andhra Pradesh. He had completed in Mechanical Engineering from REC Warangal (NIT). He had worked with the Andhra Pradesh State Government for more than 30 years; he was instrumental in significantly improving the roadways infrastructure in the State. He has experience in building large infrastructure projects and has led a workforce of more than 2000 people. Young at heart and is immensely motivated to create a lasting impact on the society. His vast experience and intelligence bring in the necessary balance to the partnership.
